Mail us your phone with the address provided in your ebay messages. Please send the phone only and make sure its secured in its package. Add insurance if you want and let us know if you want us to add insurance when sending back. For Pixel 4,5,6 insurance will be added to protect the value of your phone. If no OS is choosen Calyx will be installed as default when the phone arrives for Pixel 2 - 6a. If you purchase a phone recently and need it reimage or change OS, purchase the Pixel 2, 3 (even if your phone is a pixel 4, 5 6 or 7), send me your imei and OS you want (graphene or calyx), and then ship it to the address provided in the ebay message.
